Woman, we are SO excited to announce that we’ve partnered with MRC Lodge & Cabins and have the venue privately booked for our event!
We’re now offering attendees the option to stay in fully serviced beds and cabins!
Located less than 5 minutes from the event site, there’s no need to worry about camping this time. Simply book your stay at MRC Lodge & Cabins - with us and enjoy your festival experience without the hassle of long commutes!
We only have a small handful of options for group bookings and we’re confident these will sell out quickly. Avoid disappointment and book now.

Camping Included with Weekend Pass
Camping is included with your festival ticket if you have a weekend pass. If you plan to arrive on Thursday, June 19th, you must purchase an Early Arrival Ticket.
Please note: We are an off-grid event, and much of the camping is on uneven ground. Late spring nights in the valley can be quite cool depending on the weather so please prepare accordingly.
Check-In & Camping Setup Hours
Thursday, June 19th: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM (strict no access after 9pm)
Friday, June 20th: Starting at 8:00 AM - 9:
Overflow Camping: Saturday, June 21st, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
⚠️ No campers will be allowed to set up after 12:00 PM on Saturday. Please arrive during the times listed above.

Our amazing Belle Tents are going to be your EDF 'Soul Sis' haven!
Hassle free experience - Unwind in the embrace of our EDF 'Soul Sis' Glamping, arrive to everything ready for you by booking a private tent with your Women!
Your booking includes a luxury setup: Full linens and pillow, 2 elevated beds, blankets, towels, clothing rack and a heater too! Captivating twinkle lights, decor and a sneaky treat. Plus complimentary earplugs, eye masks & more.
This year we are providing a communal tea zone and gathering space with seating for hanging out and preparing food as well!
This is an ADD ON. Must hold event ticket to stay in the EDF Soul Sis Camp and an ‘Early Arrival’ ADD ON to check in on Thursday.
Tickets are non-refundable.
Tickets are transferrable up to 2 weeks pre-event.

We will have plenty of battery lights and solar lights in the tent and there will be bright string lights surrounding the tents!

There is not a power supply in the tents but there will be a charging station by the tea and coffee area. We ask that you limit your usage to only your necessity. Unplug and recharge your soul!!

Shower tickets must be purchased separately for the shower trailer.
We will supply unscented earth-loving shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
You will receive a wristband at the check-in gate to let our volunteers know that you have purchased a shower pass, and it will be valid for the entire weekend.

Trailers and large vehicle are not welcome in the meadow they must stay above at check in, in Ascension - shuttle van service provided. 5 - 8 minute walk from Ascension to The Meadow
Important Meadow Rules
Due to the venue's unique nature, it is essential to respect the rules and boundaries for entering and exiting The Meadow. A dedicated team will be available to guide you, but please read the following carefully. Contact us at hello@earthdaughtersfestival.com if you have any questions.
Large vehicles (trucks, trailers, campers, motorhomes):
These must remain in Ascension (near check-in) or in Overflow Camping. They are not allowed in The Meadow.
Vehicle Access to The Meadow:
No vehicles will be allowed to enter The Meadow after 12:00 PM on Friday.
If camping in The Meadow Field, vehicles may remain with you.
If camping in The Meadow Forest, vehicles must stay above in Ascension. You will need to transport your belongings to the forest via shuttle.
Glampers and MUM&BUB campers: Please park in Ascension and use the shuttles for transport - we can help you!
Vehicle Exits:
Vehicles cannot exit The Meadow on Thursday or Friday until after 12pm.
If you plan to leave the festival early, you are welcome to do so. However, your vehicle will not be permitted back into The Meadow afterward.
Supply runs are allowed, but vehicles leaving The Meadow for this purpose must remain in Ascension or Overflow Parking for the rest of the weekend.
Respect Parking Allocations:
A team will assign camping spots. Please follow their guidance and ensure vehicles do not block others in.

We are fortunate to enjoy this beautiful space. Please leave no trace and be mindful of your impact.
Amenities & Logistics
No on-site power hookups or sewage dumping—please come prepared.
Shuttle Service: A regular shuttle will operate between Ascension and The Meadow, taking approximately 3 minutes. Walking between the two areas takes 5-8 minutes.
Facilities Available: Porta Lous, showers trailers, drinking water, Internet cafe & charging station (may be limited at times).
