When my children were little, my then-husband worked out of town and I felt chronically tired. I remember deciding to take a bath one evening after the kids were asleep, and I spent the entire time doing absolutely nothing. My love of nature, and the mountains has been somewhat of a foundation for me, as my journey continued, many many lessons brought me to my love for Pottery, with the clay, I could lose myself in the mesmerizing circle of the wheel, and the clay would gently become whatever it wanted to become.  It taught me to let go, to trust the process, and to know that with balance we can become beautiful vessels.
