A Catered Evening

Saturday evening we will be catering to YOU and accommodating your nourishment needs, we can’t wait to experience and share with you what Dan of Columbia River Catering (local to Golden) has in store for us, along with a specialty seasonal topping and ferments collection from The Light Cellar (local to Calgary, A.B.).

Our Main Meal:

Slow cooked beef brisket on bakery fresh buns, an array of small batch and specialty made toppings and ferments, warm quinoa salad, roasted spring vegetables and baby potatoes & fresh seasonal garden salads.

We will be accommodating Gluten Free and Vegetarian options: please ensure you include this information at check out when you purchase your ticket along with any additional dietary restrictions.
