Below we have listed some of our Frequently Asked Questions which include suggestions on how to prepare, what to bring, and additional considerations you may wish to explore.

What to Bring

As you prepare for your journey to the festival, here are some suggestions on what to bring:

Most camping is on uneven surfaces, and late spring nights, weather pending may be cooler than expected so please come prepared for all weather - rain or shine we dance & sleep!

  • Camp set-up: tent, sleeping comforts, flashlight, etc.

    • RVs and tent-trailer/camper vans are permitted however within designated locations which you will be directed to upon arrival

  • Clothing: layers for a range of weather (cool/warm/wet/hot)

  • Something RED to wear for a special interactive ceremony!

  • Towel: for river dips and showers - extra towel for the saunas.

What you’ll want to bring to sessions:

  • Comfortable seating: cushion, mat, blanket, or yoga mat for sitting in sessions

  • Journal and pen: for note taking, processing, and reflecting

  • CASH, water bottle & snacks

Frequently Asked Questions

  • This gathering is for women in all stages of womanhood - maidens, mothers, magas, and crones. We are proud to emphasize wayshowing and wisdom for females.

    Focusing on education specific to female anatomy and biology, tending to the cyclical nature that flows through the innate biological blueprint of their cellular being.

  • Yes! Babies 0-2 and girls ages 8+ are welcome to attend the festival with their guardians.

    Girls ages 8+ will require a Little Women Ticket, available to ‘add’ at checkoutn

    We offer child minding within our Guardian Garden for children ages 2 and under. There is an additional $50 fee for this add-on when you purchase your initial ticket. This is extremely limited so don’t wait.

  • Our child minding offering is called Guardian Garden, and is for children ages 2 and under.

    You can purchase this add-on for $75 when you reserve your ticket. Spots are extremely limited so don’t wait!

    You can come and go with your child - leaving them to be tended by our Guardian Care Team.

  • Partners may travel with you, however will not be able to camp on the grounds or participate in the festival.

    Stay tuned for ‘DAD (family) CAMP’ announcements (as we are yet to confirm the details) We plan to have some special offerings in this space this year!

  • No. Dogs are not permitted unless they are an officially certified service dog - this will require direct communication with us.

  • The standard festival dates are from Friday until Monday.

    • Early arrival: Thursday 11:00am - 8:000pm

    • Standard arrival: Friday 8:00 am - Noon (opening circle is 1:00 pm)

    • Standard departure: Sunday evening (closing circle is 4:00 pm)

    • Monday Check out 2pm

    Monday is a day devoted solely to Integration and we recommend staying for this if you can. We also have a very special guest joining us Sunday evening for closing celebration  that you won’t want to miss out on!

  • Landing January 15th!!

    For those with an Early Arrival’ ticket addition you will receive access to our ‘bonus schedule’ with gates opening at 11:00am-8:00pm Thursday, June 19th.

    Some pre registered workshops will be occurring Thursday and Friday through the morning.

  • This is a off grid camping festival.

    However, we do have a limited amount of ‘upgrades’ available within our Glamping Village which include multi-person yurts and ‘Mum&Bub’ camping set-ups to accommodate a more easeful camping experience.

    These additions are available when purchasing your ticket.

    For those camping: tents, RVs and camper vans are welcome on festival grounds. Only tents are welcome in The Meadow - trailers and motorhomes will remain up above in Ascension. You’ll need to bring your set up and we have designated camping areas in which you will be directed to upon arrival.

    We will not have power and sewage for RVs

    • Camping gear: tent, sleeping comforts, flashlight, etc.

    • Clothing: Something RED to wear saturday evening - Layers for a range of weather conditions

    • Swimsuit: if you’re unsure about being nude in the nearby river - most will be!

    • Towels

    • Comfortable seating: cushion, blanket, and yoga mat for sitting in sessions

    • Writing materials: journal and pen for note taking, processing, and reflecting

    • Cash: For Village Squareand Food vendors.

  • One catered meal will be provided Saturday night.

    Food trucks, and other yummy vendors will be offering their goods throughout the duration of the festival

    *Some food vendors will be onsite Thursday evening and Monday morning.

  • You can come and go as much as you wish if you are parked above in Ascension. Cars that descend into The Meadow can depart anytime however will not be permitted to return to the Meadow, in this case you will be asked to park above in Ascension.

    Arrival Windows:

    • Thursday 3:00-8:00pm for early arrival ticket holders

    • Friday 8:00am-12:00pm

    Departure Windows:

    • Sunday 5:00pm -8:00pm

    • Monday 8:00am-12:00pm

    If you will be arriving outside of these hours: your vehicle will need to be parked in the designated parking area near main gates.

    If you will be departing outside of these hours: you will need to coordinate with us directly - our general solutions to this is if you know you’ll be departing early, you can park your vehicle at opening gates for the weekend, so that you can pack up your camp set up and bring to your vehicle prior to the opening of departing windows

    If you are not camping on the grounds with us, there will be a designated parking area near the festival entrance where there will be accessibility to ‘come and go’ as needed, however you will be required to check in upon returning.

    Emergency situations will absolutely be accommodated

  • Our event becomes what it is through tickets sales. Your ticket is non-refundable under any circumstances. However, it is transferable to another woman in the event you are unable to attend.

  • All applications for 2025 guides, vendors, and artists are now closed! Volunteer applications open in March.

    We will open applications for the 2026 season in the fall.

  • Cell signal is available but limited to certain spaces on the land.

  • Women of all ages/phases/stages throughout womanhood can attend any of the offerings in any of the Main Stages - Maiden, Mother, Maga, Crone, Womb , Labyrinth, Cauldron

    However, if you have a ‘Little Woman’ tickets you might want to be mindful in determining which offerings you feel comfortable with your pre-teen/teen attending.
