Arrow Break with Danette

Arrow breaking is one of my key offerings in my practice. I set the space with care, love, and attention, and bring all of the women into seated circle to open the space and connect in. I open the circle, acknowledging and honouring Mother Earth, Source, the land, the elements, and all of our angels, allies, ancestors, and guides. I weave in teachings relevant to the season, astrology, and current energies, and offer a grounding meditation to drop in to the body and connect into the space.

From there, I go into the arrow break teachings, how the arrow break relates to the element of air and the throat chakra, while connecting the channel between the head and heart. Then I lead a meditative process to tap into the intention that each woman wants to set for her arrow. The thing that she wants the arrow to help her break into (like the amazing thing she wants in her life) and within that, we also welcome all of the fears that come in that stand in our way of achieving that thing.

I guide the women how to recognize and hold it all, and how the arrow break is going to help them break through barriers and into potential. Then we stand in circle and one-by-one, each women goes through her process while witnessed and supported by all of the other women.

The process is so beautiful.
